To enable Richmond residents to have the same user friendly system as Nelson residents we have shuffled our refuse collection route to coincide with the Tasman recycling collection. This is working well with minor glitches and many favourable comments “why wasn’t this done ages ago”, ”Nelson’s system is far better” , “this makes it so much easier to remember”.
