Attractive small tree of slender habit. Mature tree is elegant with white fragrant flowers. Black fruit from January to April is very attractive to birds, especially bellbirds. The traditional wood used by Māori to start a fire. Shade tolerant. Evergreen. Hardy. Height 8m x Width 3m.
